Services on sophera.ai are provided by SOPHERA AI LLC, a Florida company run by Jose Velez. Contact: jose@sophera.ai.

The visibility check is free and you keep the report. You can use it yourself, or hand it to someone else to do the work. Asking for it doesn't commit you to anything.

The fix is a one-time service at the price shown on the site when you agree to it. Optional upkeep is billed monthly and you can cancel any time before the next month starts. Prices are in US dollars.

Before any paid work starts, I'll confirm in writing what's included, the price and the timeline. That written scope is what we both hold to.

I don't guarantee a position in Google, Apple Maps or any AI assistant's answers, and I don't guarantee calls, leads or sales. Those companies decide what they show, and they change their rules. What I promise is the work described in the written scope, done in the time stated.

Your Google profile, website and social accounts belong to you. You give me only the access the work needs, and you can remove it whenever you want.

If something goes wrong, my liability is limited to what you paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If I update them, the date at the top changes.
